How do I log a return?

You may log a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing shopunravelled@gmail.com with 'RETURN' and your order number in the subject line. A return form will then be sent to you to be filled out before further details can be sent to you regarding how to proceed with your return/refund.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping is a fixed rate of R90 and only standard shipping is available. No free shipping is available currently.

What payment methods do you accept?

VISA and Mastercard as well as Instant EFTs.

Do you ship internationally?

We are working on it but contact us on shopunravelled@gmail.com to see if we can arrange something special.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification from us as well as from the courier service; you need to track it using the courier service facilities.

How long does stock last in my shopping cart?

Items in your shopping cart will only be reserved for 5 minutes. After this, the item is added back to our stock levels so that other customers are able to buy it.

Can I alter or cancel my order?

Unfortunately you cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed.
