We try our very best to ensure prices and product information are listed on the website correctly in the first instance, however, if by human or technical error, something has been listed incorrectly, Unravelled reserves the right to amend prices. Unravelled also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will endeavour to contact you and inform you if this has occurred.
Pricing is subject to change without notice, including flash sales and promotions.
Promotions are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid when purchasing Gift Vouchers. Promotions presented online are not valid in-store, unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes are valid on full price items, unless otherwise stated. All discount codes are valid for a specific period of time and therefore orders made before or after the advertised promotion will not be reimbursed. Promotions will be advertised through select media, as chosen by Unravelled.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time, such changes to be effective upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.
Unless otherwise indicated, Unravelled reserves all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in material and services provided by the website. The material provided on the website is provided for personal use only and may not be resold, sold, re distributed, reproduced, duplicated, copied, or otherwise exploited except for the purpose of a bona fide use of this site or as otherwise permitted by the Copyright Act 1968 or with the prior written consent of Unravelled.
Unfortunately you can't cancel or change your order with Unravelled.

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Unravelled. In addition, Unravelled reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, Unravelled will issue a credit to the account in the same amount within 7 business days. Unravelled reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described therein anytime without notice.
Unravelled may run competitions, prize draws and promotions on the Unravelled site and blog. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made known to you at the time.
Unravelled only ships locally in South Africa at this point in time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.
We will endeavor to send the order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Delivery Confirmation prior to the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation in question or, if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the delivery method and, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone. If for any reason we are unable to comply with the delivery date, we will inform you of that situation and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date, or cancel the order with full reimbursement of the amount paid. Keep in mind in any case that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. For the purpose of these Conditions, the "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place or the order "delivered" as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.
INABILITY TO DELIVER
If it is not possible for us to deliver your order, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave a note explaining where your order is located and what to do to have it delivered again. If you will not be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we ask you to contact us to organize delivery on another day. If after 30 days from the date your order is available for delivery, the order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we shall assume that you wish to cancel the Contract and it will be terminated. As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges, within 14 days of the date on which this Contract has been terminated. Please keep in mind that transport derived from the termination of the Contract may have an additional cost which we will be entitled to pass on to you. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
